Ian Feaver, Chairman, Ardley United Football Club

I have known Josie for around 4 years and first met her through the football club I am Chairman of, Ardley United.

Josie offered to write our match reports and interview players and publish these on our website. Her ability to bring a game to life with her reports is amazing. Most reports just talk about the key details, such as goals scored, who scored them and major incidents and when they happened. Josie's reports are something on a completely different level. She captures the atmosphere and feel of every match and when you read her reports, you can taste the coffee and the hot dog, you can feel the weather and you can sense the excitement and joy of victory or disappointment of defeat. 

For this reason, when I was looking at writing a book, I wanted Josie to ghost write for me. Unfortunately, I was unable to proceed, due to a new career move for me, which hampered my time and commitment to this.

As much as Josie can write to a brief and be factual, informative, and witty, I believe her strength goes deeper than that. Josie will fully immerse herself into the content, so she genuinely has a feel for it and then her emotional intelligence brings out the best in her writing.
